Are individual and group training sessions truly effective?
Absolutely. Ledjana Fitness launched Individual Training for Women in January 2021, and it has been a success story ever since. We have helped over 1,000 women transform their bodies and regain their self-confidence. Due to popular demand, we introduced our first Weight Gain Group in March 2023. The success of these groups has been so remarkable that we now offer them every month, with a limited number of participants to ensure personalized attention.

How does the Weight Loss Group work?
The Weight Loss Group is organized on WhatsApp by Ledjana, typically 1-2 months before the start date. Enrollment continues daily until we reach the maximum number of participants. One day before the start date, participants receive all necessary instructions, and the program officially begins the following day. This group is inclusive and welcomes breastfeeding mothers as well.

How does the Weight Gain Group work?
Similar to the Weight Loss Group, the Weight Gain Group is organized on WhatsApp by Ledjana 1-2 months in advance. Enrollment continues until the group is full. Participants receive instructions one day before the program starts, and the following day, the journey begins. Breastfeeding mothers are also welcome in this group.

Is the diet plan tailored to my body’s needs?
Yes, it is. Before starting any diet plan, we ask participants to complete a detailed questionnaire. This allows us to customize the diet according to your health condition, ensuring it’s perfectly suited to both Individual and Group training sessions.

Are workout sessions included in the training programs we offer?
Yes, our online training programs include workout sessions that are provided as pre-recorded videos. You can complete these workouts at your convenience, whether at home or in a gym. The exercises are of medium difficulty, designed to be understandable and achievable by everyone, provided they have no health issues.
